**Bookings and payments received after the 8th September will attract a late administration fee of $110.00 per booking.

Full registration (member, non-member and student) includes -
  • Conference attendance at all sessions, conference proceedings and CD with full papers of all oral and poster presentations, morning and afternoon teas (4 days) lunch (4 days) Welcome Reception, Happy Hour and Conference Dinner.
  • Day Registration includes - Conference attendance on the day selected, conference proceedings and CD with full papers of all oral and poster presentations. Tickets to social events are available for purchase.
  • Accompanying Person registration includes - 1 ticket to each of the Welcome Reception, Happy Hour and Conference Dinner.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTION TICKETS
Additional tickets can be purchased for your guests to attend the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner & awards night. One (1) ticket to each is included in Full and Student Registrations.
Welcome Reception                                Sunday 23rd September      $ 60.00 p.p.
Conference Gala Dinner & Awards Night   Thursday 27th September    $160.00 p.p.

TECHNICAL SITE VISITS
Technical site visits are scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday 26th September. These tours are optional and incur an additional cost of $35.00 per person. Please refer to the Site Visit page for more information. Please note that there is time for one site visit only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing (fax/e-mail) before Friday 20th July, 2007 will receive a refund, less an administration fee of $110.00. Cancellations received after Friday 20th July, 2007, will not be eligible for refunds. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Substitutions will be accepted, but the secretariat MUST be advised in writing of the new name and contact details. It is advisable to take out travel insurance in case you have to cancel at the last minute.

BOOKING DETAILS
All registrations need to be made through the official Registration Form (downloadable PDF) and once completed can either be :

One registration only per form. Payments can be made by:

  • Cheque/Bank Draft (in Australian dollars) payable to: The University of Queensland
  • If you prefer to pay by Electronic Transfer please indicate on the booking form and an Invoice will be sent to you with payment details.
Visa or MasterCard can be used for Registration payments. Please note that the Conference does NOT have facilities for Amex or Diners cards. The debit details on your statement will show 'The University of Queensland"

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australian GST is included in all prices where applicable. The registration form is considered a "Tax Invoice" for Australian tax purposes. Receipts will be issued on-site at the conference if required. Organisations and firms registered for Australian GST may claim the tax as an input credit on their GST return.
